Earths Crystal Ascension uses Australia Post postal service to ship your parcels.
Our estimated processing time is 1-2 business days + shipping time.

 

You will receive an email with a tracking number for your parcel once it has been sent out,  Please note once parcels are dispatched we are no longer responsible for any transit issues that may arise. 

 

Australia wide Shipping

 

$10 – Standard: 7-12 working days

$30 – Express : 2-5 working days

 

We do not post to PO BOX or Parcel Locker addresses. If you place an order with either, it will automatically be cancelled.

Returns & Exchanges 

 

All items purchased from Earths Crystal Ascension are packed carefully to ensure save delivery. Each item is checked over before being packaged and sent to all of our customers. However, unfortunately from time to time your items may be damaged during transit. 

 

For breakages and exchange requests, please contact us via contact page or email at georgie@earthscrystalascension.com.au within 72 hours of receiving your parcel. Refund and store credits will be issued at the discretion of Earths Crystal Ascension and will require a photo image of the damaged item and packaging. We do not do refunds or exchanges on products simply because you changed your mind on your product selection.
