This website offers visitors Crystals, Semi-precious gemstone jewellery & spiritual giftware. Returns and refund policy

All items purchased from Earths Crystal Ascension are carefully packed with love and care. Each item is checked over before being packaged and sent to all of our customers. However, regretfully from time to time your items may be damaged during transit.

For breakages and exchange requests, please contact us via contact page or email at georgie@earthscrystalascension.com.au within 72 hours of your receiving your parcel. Refund and store credits will be issued at the discretion of Earths Crystal Ascension.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
